Privacy

This site collects almost nothing about you. It sets no cookies and runs no trackers. The one thing you can send me is a project brief, and this page says where that goes.

What the site itself does

  • No cookies. The site does not store anything in your browser.
  • No trackers or ads. There are no advertising, social media or profiling scripts.
  • Visit counts without cookies. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. What I see is totals.
  • Fonts come from this site, not from Google or any other font service.
  • YouTube loads only after you click the video. Until then your browser makes no request to YouTube. After you click, the video comes from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies from that moment.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the page you asked for each time your browser loads a page, so it can deliver the page and keep the service secure.

If you send a project brief

When you press “Send the brief”, your browser sends what you typed to Web3Forms, a form service at web3forms.com. That is your name, your email address, your company if you gave one, your description of the work, and the budget and timeline if you chose them. Web3Forms forwards it as an email to keel.agents@gmail.com.

So two services handle your brief on its way to me: Web3Forms and my mail provider. Each has its own privacy policy. The mailbox at keel.agents@gmail.com is a Gmail account, so email sent to that address is handled by Google (Gmail), whether it comes from the form or from your own email app. If you would rather not use the form, write to keel.agents@gmail.com instead; that email goes straight to Gmail, without Web3Forms.

I use your details to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not pass your details to anyone else. I keep a brief for as long as it takes to answer it, and for the length of a project if we go ahead.

Asking me to delete or correct something

Email keel.agents@gmail.com from the address you used and say what you want removed, corrected or sent back to you. I will do it and tell you when it is done. I can delete what is in my own mailbox; Web3Forms and Google keep their own records under their own policies.
